Choose from Shrimp & Oatmeal Fettuccine which needs nothing more that a good garlic oil breads and simple delicacy to make a meals, or a Wonderful Red Poultry with Grain that needs only some steamed spinach or don't forget your asparagus for a meals. Either meals is a normal choice that will only take a few moments of your energy and energy. Much better for your family than avoiding by a ready made meals place for a bag of oily meals just because you are short on time!

SPINACH & SHRIMP FETTUCCINE
1 lb pkg fettuccine, uncooked
1 pkg (6-oz) clean baby spinach
4 garlic oil cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb clean method shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 method plum garlic, seeded & chopped
1/2 tsp German seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup destroyed Parmesan cheese

Cook the fettuccine according to the program guidelines.

While fettuccine cooks, heated the oil in a huge container. Saute the spinach and garlic oil for 2 moments or until the spinach begins to wilt. Add the shrimp, garlic, German preparing, and the sodium. Saute about three moments until the shrimp changes lilac. Strain the fettuccine and add to the skillet; throw to cover.

Before providing, spread with the Dairy products.

PEACHY ORANGE CHICKEN WITH RICE
4 (1 lb total) boneless, skin free chicken halves
1 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoons butter
1 can (15-oz) chopped plums with juice
1/2 cup loaded light brownish sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cover (1/2 of a box) dry red onion broth mix
4 meals hot prepared brownish rice for serving

In a huge quality container over method heated, liquefy the butter with the oil. Add the chicken and make preparations until browned on both factors. Eliminate the chicken and keep heated.
