[Click-Beans & Lentils] Fun with Colorful Indian Beans and Lentils

Indian Culinary never stop amazes me. From different kind of spices, different size of rice, variety of veggies & fruits, to beans & lentils. One bean or lentil might have only a single name, but more than one varians; taste, shapes, sizes & colors. My knowledge in this beans & lentils world is limited. Until today I satisfy myself only in admiring & enjoying it, unable to explain it one by one.
